"Inu" means dog in Japanese. "Desu" is kind of like a "to be" verb. So you'd introduce yourself as "Austin desu" or use it like "It's a pencil" = "Pencil desu." So Inudesu is kind of like "I'm a dog" or "I'm dog" or "dog, here" or "it's a dog." You pronounce it like the letter E, new, dess(you usually can't hear the last u).
