Stan!!!!!!!! I'll call this afternoon. Man, it's like deja vu. Malone's freshman year, or first year he played actually, I think the Dawgs were like 19-?? and but didn't even get an NIT bid. The following year was the 1st round win over Fresno then the secound round loss to Houston, then the 3rd year, well you remember. Not saying we're at that point yet, but I'm loving me some DunkinDawgs, Coach White, and you know me, the pressing defense. Give this guy four to five more years at Tech and we'll be at that 1985 level again, I believe. Of course, we won't be able to keep him. Nuke
Nuke-what's up! How bout dem dawgs! Sure would like to see them beat Nevada. I think they can
Nuke - Suppppp
You are right on, he turned 8 this month. He's got a little female companion with him now to keep him young. My neighbor woas hunting up around Bogalusa last Nov. and saw three dogs, all very skinny, running around the woods. He caught them and called me and said one of them looked like Marco, did I want her. He brought her to me and I kept her. She looks full Brittany except for some black around the lips an nose. I know that spoils her as far as breed standard but she is perfect Brittany otherwise. The vet said she had been fixed and was probably about a year old, but wasn't chipped. My assumption is she either got lost hunting or someone gave her up because she wasn't breedable due to the black. My gain however, she's been an awesome addition. They love chasing the bumblebees this time of year. Jay
How is Marco? Must be about 8 yrs old now. Boudreaux just turned 5 in Feb. and get very bored this time of year. The robins drive him crazy because they just hop away as he stalks them. We have so many quail around the house I can't shoot, he gets tired of pointing them. Can't wait until pheasant season, football season, basketball season..................
