Can anybody that's in the loop (no pun intended) on Shreveport/Bossier politics fill me in on what's going on with the 3132/Tim Larkin controversy? I saw some tweets last night from Cedric Glover that indicated he is for building Larkin's bridge. I would think Ced would be all over extending the highway to the Port but there seems to be a spat between him and Willis-Knighton?
