UCLA shuts down Houston's passing game in blowout
Re: UCLA shuts down Houston's passing game in blowout
In 3 games Houston has scored 13, 49, and 6. It isn't scoring 13 in the first game that is the anomaly.

You wouldn't dare claim that we lack the ability to play defense would you???

Re: UCLA shuts down Houston's passing game in blowout
The article says that UCLA's success included getting pressure on the QB. I thought that was supposed to be impossible the way Piland got rid of the ball so fast. Please forward that article to Spangler.

Come on guys! U of H played without/lost 2 of their starting OL due to our game. That's how they got to Piland.
Re: UCLA shuts down Houston's passing game in blowout
And their 6 turnovers didn't help their cause.....
Re: UCLA shuts down Houston's passing game in blowout
And RB Sims and a second RB did not play.
Re: UCLA shuts down Houston's passing game in blowout
They also lost Sims in the first quarter, the 2nd string Rb in the second. Piland had two picks in the end zone and the kicker missed a chip shot . And yes UCLA has a good defense with a 4 star recruits all over the place. Why all the hate? Personally I think a few contributors got their feelings hurt or have no life whatsoever.
