Looks like the only discretionary area left in the budget is Education.
The silver lining is that 8 of the 14 were rejected. Maybe that will signal to our state representatives (who approved everything with a 2/3 majority) that they need to come up with a better way of legislating besides amending the constitution. We need a new constitution.
