What is it going to be? More fluff and crap? Or a schedule befitting a way top-heavy upper class team?
We have 8, or 9, juniors and seniors on next year’s team. We don’t need to aspire to be champions of the SWAC or Southland.

Didn't he have 2 yrs left on his contract? Why extend now? If he has a good season this year you could extend him after its over. If he doesn't its probably time to start looking at alternatives. I don't think we're in danger of someone hiring him away.
I just don't get what we're doing with these extensions in the face of mediocre (at best) results.

Don’t question the Southland AD. Our coaches all seem to be great people. I’m glad they are well liked. I would like if they were well paid for better results, just like most of the rest of us are in our jobs.

That hasn't stopped us in the past. I think all contract news, at least for MBB and FB, have been announced prior to approval.
