TX Southern beats UF by 15
Mike White may be worse than Konkol.
Dude is a joke. Hope he gets fired.
Re: TX Southern beats UF by 15
Crazy that he is struggling that much. I feel like his results here would be about the same as Konkol. Odd that he can’t get superior players at Florida, but Alabama is blowing the doors off. I know Alabama is on a whole other plane as far as football with resources, but I would bet they are equal or UF is a little better in basketball.

I liked Mike White. He was a good guy. My wife and I met him a few times he seemed pretty nice.

No scruples. Recruited our players after he left.
Re: TX Southern beats UF by 15
They were #20 coming into the game with their only loss against Oklahoma. TSU is a solid team but is Playing 1st 13 on the road. Have you ever seen a 1-7 team with a 124 RPI?
Re: TX Southern beats UF by 15
I enjoyed a couple of portions of an article about the defeat.
“We were thoroughly outplayed, outcoached, out-everything,” Florida coach Mike White said.
The Tigers were 23 1/2-point underdogs in Gainesville. That was no surprise given they were coming off a 27-point loss at Louisiana Tech and catching a Florida team trying to rebound from its first setback of the season.

Re: TX Southern beats UF by 15
The SWAC had been 0-51 vs. ranked SEC teams dating back to 1936. Now, 1-51. This is more than just some anomaly. This rips the fabric of the universe apart!
Maybe Tex Southern will get on a roll and make our win over them look better.

LA Tech is the only team to beat TX Southern by more than 20 points all season and they lost by less than 10 points to St. Mary's, Washington, Air Force, and N.C. State. I'm thinking Cincinnati and TCU will not take them lightly when they play them soon. https://tsusports.com/sports/mens-ba...hedule/2021-22 HC Johnny Jones didn't set the world on fire during the 5 years he was the HC at LSU, but he did have 4 winning seasons there, and he had some decent years at North Texas.
Re: TX Southern beats UF by 15
I’m beginning to think we could have something if we continue to be aggressive and get some 2 shot fouls and and 1’s and we make them. As others have said, cautious optimism

Yes - never will pull for those that screw TECH on the way out. I laughed at that score for sure!

To borrow a tern from Terry Waldrop - Ben Simmons is a coach killer
And he is -

Remind me which players he took with him. I wonder how their careers went.
