Sterlington vs. Union Parish 3A Championship

Watched the game on ROKU—great game (step-grandson plays for Sterlington)! Sterlington won 26-24, but Trey Holley almost single-handedly won it for UP. I don’t know if Tech has a shot at Holley, but he is special. He had a long td run and a long td reception and made a bunch of tackles on defense. The announcers said he was playing defense because of an injury to another player, but he looked like their best player on defense, making textbook tackles.

He’s the real deal. I believe he had a brother named Bobby that played FB at Tech not long ago. The FG kicker from Sterlington would be a great pickup as well. He can make FGs out to 50 yards, and he’s a great kid.

So, did Trey Holley sign with anyone this week?? According to 247, Holley's got at least 20 offers, including one from LA Tech. However, according to 247, the only school he's "warm" on is Arkansas.
