Why play three rounds and then go to match play? Seems like the team that is in the lead after the three days should get the bid and any medalists for NCAA play could come from the scores over the three days?

Yeah that’s a lame way to do it.

I am pretty sure this isn't how all the conferences do it, but it doesn't surprise me that CUSA does it the hard way.
