That’s all well and good if anyone actually goes to any of the games other than just showing up for the first 15-30 minutes until the game is decided not in Tech’s favor.

I give him credit for trying to make some of the simple decisions that seemed so hard for the last two to grasp. Unfortunately, the damage done to the game day experience outside the stadium coupled with the current damage being done inside the stadium, it is going to be a long road back to where we were before TMAC the baby wonder. One step forward, and two back is the story of my 47 years on earth with Tech. I think back to how the atmosphere was growing and then instead of building on things we always find a way to blow our own feet off it seems.
He is the first person in athletics in a long time to realize the low hanging fruit is still fruit and every little bit counts.

Beeyotch all y'all want the guy IS making an effort for US.
I've been on the fringe the last 4 years, Ivey comes off as the real deal.
He gave everyone a change to put in their 2 cents and he came back with results within weeks. When's the last time that's happened?

Exactly. These changes don't mean a lot to me. But I'm thrilled to hear he listened to people and made some simple changes. I'm looking forward to some continued progress!

I am not complaining.. that was the opposite. I said he saw something easy to change and changed it. There is a still a lot for him to fix that others have Teched up. Now I will bitch about the coaching inside the stadium if it doesn't improve, cause its crap right now, if he fixes that then it's another step in the right direction.

Publicly patting Judy on the back for our great TV deal (midweek games) and embellishing the status of CUSA was disappointing. He and our president seem to be playing the same old political games. I want leaders who will actually grow a set and state the obvious.

Small steps, but good steps. I wish him all the best.

Why do you think the last two ADs didn't see this. What is the difference now vs. then?

He saw and actually cared about ticket sales dwindling. He also paid attention to those who aren’t able to give $5000+ each year.
