11.5 favorites when I last looked. I’ll take a 12 point win all day.
Re: Preview: LA Tech at New Mexico State - latechsports.com
After seeing just how bad CUSA is this year, I feel better about our chances of getting a few more wins. Let's start with today.
(I don't think that means we should keep Cumbie but I'd rather win a few than not)

Another “Nationally Televised” game I can’t watch.
Judy sucks and our administration loves her.
Re: Preview: LA Tech at New Mexico State - latechsports.com
Who wants to be on ESPNU and call it nationally televised? Losers that’s who. Can’t even listen to our PxP guy because he is so bad. I’ll try the NMS PxP again this week. Last week the Middle guy was worse than MB if you can believe that.

Do you think Cumbie making the move away from play calling could “salvage the season” and his job? Or does it give more evidence to the fact that it took him until game 5 of season 3 to see what we knew from the stands on the 40 yard line in game 2 of season 1? Does he win 6-7 games and still deserve his walking papers?
Re: Preview: LA Tech at New Mexico State - latechsports.com
He only needs to win 5 to keep his job with the losers he works for.
Re: Preview: LA Tech at New Mexico State - latechsports.com
I’m pulling for the Dawgs and Cumbie just because I’m a Bone_afide Tech fan, but my patience in all things Jech is past being thin. Now that we’ve won a game it’s time to win a string of games. If nothing else get the coaches out of the way and let the players do it. Simply said, Tech better not lose.

Crumbie hasn't recruited enough quality players who can put the team on their backs and carry it to a bowl.

Small thing to nitpick... ESPN has us as "LT vs NMSU" on their app. Wasn't part of the reasoning for going by LA Tech for athletics to not be called LT? Do we still have naming standards?

6 is probably out of reach but even then I think he needs to go. His tenure has done incalculable harm to us and we can't afford that.
Now, I'll say 6 wins would let him coach out the year rather than immediately firing him in the middle of the season

Standards? Those are for others to enforce and us to meekly accept

I can already tell that the blue helmets are going to be something the old heads complain about in 20 years. What do you mean, Grandpa, we've never been able to see the logo on the helmet, let's get you to bed

We have gained more yards on a punt recovery than from the offense

I'm not as confident as I was 7 minutes ago that we might have a shot
