When will ya'll have enough power to reach the Shreveport market? These brothers over here suck. All they talk about is lspoo and Notre Dame. And apparently one of them went to TECH. (AUGH!)

I submitted my question for benson:
What are you doing to secure another bowl for the WAC or otherwise to clear up the WAC's bowl situation?
Liteman: We will start work after the first of the year on power increase for ESPN 99.3...it is very expensive...not just bigger transmitters...but taller towers...land for the tower....engineering and more engineering and legal fees etc etc....we are very pleased with the popularity of our change in format but have to have increases to justify such a move....
We have heard from a lot of fans around and we know we need some mo firepower---we are working hard to make this type format work for a FM station in our type of market size...
Thanks for your input and for everyone who have commented....all emails etc helps us make a very important decision for power increase...unfortunately these things take time and so much engineering jockying around other fm signals ....

I can answer your question about the WAC adding any eastern teams.....No!
Last time we had Benson on he said that the WAC had no intention on adding any more teams to the league.
I know...I just wanted to hear him respond to the long term membership of Louisiana Tech portion...but, alas, I won't be able to get it down here anyway...let me know if he says anything interesting.Quote:

That's about where our KPCH tower is.....there are some "tall" hills around there....our luck it would interfere with the peach at 97.7...
but I'll definately keep it in mind
