I know three people who were there. None of them closely approached the capital building, but were near enough outside, in the street and one on the lower portion of some of the steps to witness the goings-on. One of them, a woman friend, was just here visiting my wife and I when the topic came up. She says she saw thugs getting off busses who were NOT, I repeat NOT, at the Trump rally, his speech, and then spread out through the crowd trying to stir things up. They were kind of dressed in patriotic attire and pretended to be Trump supporters. She says they were so obviously fake she, and others, saw right through them and many in the crowd began pointing them out to other true Americans and shouting not to believe them, and definitely don't "follow" them. Those thugs got frustrated they were having no effect so they moved on, toward the capital building. Later watching video of the incident my friend was able to point out a few of the imported thugs, like the one seen bashing a window and then jumping through to open the doors.
I have posted before that Trump supporters stupidly did follow the plants into the building. They shouldn't have, it was dumb, but I doubt Jan 6th would have gotten so bad if not for the paid instigators. For one thing, the real Trump supporters had been in front of the capital building for some time, prior to the arrival of the bussed-in thugs, and no one had approached the building.
And that guard who shot Ms. Babbit is guilty of murder. He should get a fair trial and then be executed.
Trump announces he'll hold a press conference on the 1st anniversary, January 6, 2022. Not sure that is a good idea. But, he's never paid attention to convention, protocol, or sometimes just plain old common sense.
Confirmed that the FBI used undercover informants in Portland to infiltrate the protests there. Almost impossible to believe it didn't happen with J6 based on the evidence that is already available.
