The official beer should be one currently in production. I'm an old school Dixie fan myself but Katrina took care of that. Abita is the state beer of Louisiana.
Maybe you, me and Charlie should open up a brewery in the Shreveport/Bossier Area. I know we've got plenty of people we know who'd be more than happy to be testers. Actually, that was my dream for the longest time was to open up a brewery. I even had the name, advertising and all thought out. However, if I did that, I don't think that I would be too welcome in my in-laws' house.Quote:
