Certification of the results comes a bit later, but it is based on the vote count, and like I said, everyone already knows who has the most votes corresponding to at least 270 electors.
You can challenge the certification, but in order for the challenge not to be moot the challenger has to bring forth evidence to show that the basis of the challenge effects enough votes to impact the outcome. The margins are too wide this time in too many states for that to be possible.
Trump has a zero percent chance of being POTUS on January 21, 2021.
