Ukrainian agents, working in cooperation with anti-Putin partisans, took out the criminal General Igor Kirillov, and his assistant at his Moscow apartment. Got him with a planted bomb. Kirillov was on "administrative leave" after he was found to have used illegal chemical weapons in Ukraine. Such weapons are against the Geneva Convention. Not satisfied with Putin's handling of the matter, Kirillov still drawing his salary and being able to come and go as he pleased, the Ukrans took care of it themselves.

Ukraine complained loudly, appealing to the world to step up when the Russians, namely General Kirillov, was murdering civilians, and killing Ukran soldiers too, with the use of chemical weapons. Incredibly "the world" refused to believe it. Brushed it off as "fake news," mere anti-Russian propaganda. The UN refused to investigate it even when the Ukrainians invited the UN to visit a town which had been hit with a chemical weapon. Finally, it was the Germans, an investigative TV news team, joined by members of the German army, who deal with such weapons, who brought the matter to the forefront. The UN then passed some resolution condemning the use of chemical weapons by any nation, without calling out Russia in particular. The Kremlin pulled General Kirillov off the line, removing him from active command of his division, and later Putin ordered the administrative leave, with pay.

In the wake of this justified "take out," which pro-Putin sources condemn as an "act of murder," the Ukrainians are pointing out other incidents of the Russians using illegal chemical weapons, elsewhere, beyond the area where Kirillov's division was operating. Meaning there are more guilty Russian officers still out there.

Ukran Special Forces, who orchestrated the "hit," point out they had been very cautious to avoid collateral damage, i.e. other casualties, and waited until Kirillov, and his assistant, also guilty of war crimes, were isolated. A bomb was placed in a motor scooter which an agent left parked near the door of Kirillov's Moscow Apartment. It was set off remotely. There was minimal damage done to the apartment building.

Another friendly fire episode Russians vs. North Koreans, ya gotta love it!

In Kursk a unit of Ukrainians, about 60 soldiers, ambushed a Russian convoy after penetrating the area held by the enemy. Nearby, North Koreans were holding a trench. The Russians radioed the NKs about the Ukrans in the woods between them and told them to enter the woods from their position thus trapping the Ukrainians between them. It took the NKs more than 20 minutes to get organized and by then the Ukrans were long gone. The Russians and the NKs ran into each other in the woods and opened fire on each other. The Ukrans, now a mile away, heard the battle raging and knew what was happening. Good show!

The North Koreans are typical of those soldiers, indeed the whole populations, of those people trapped in totalitarian societies. They cannot think for themselves because they have never been trained, educated, ALLOWED! to think for themselves. They are programmed to strictly follow orders and when those orders no longer make sense...they still just proceed. This is why China is not a real threat. Yes, they are capable of undertaking military operations as long as their enemy continues to do EXACTLY what the Chicoms planned for. That never happens in the real world.

Yay! nothing but good news to report. (yes, things might change later today, but for now...) Ukran counterattack drove all Russians out of Sumy. This is HUGE!!! Putin had made an all-out commitment to take back Sumy and had partially succeeded seizing the northern portion of the city. But Ukrainian reinforcements arrived and immediately launched an attack. If you don't recall, or never knew, Sumy was the target, the reason, Ukraine launched its advance into the Kursk Oblast. Sumy sits at an important crossroads of two major highways, there is a railroad line, and a river that supply boats use. And, the Russians were using Sumy as a supply depot and a stationing center for their operations in Ukraine, namely the Kharkiv region. Sumy is more than symbolic; it has real meaning to the Russian war effort.

Ukran drones and cruise missiles enjoyed a good night. The Putin oil storage facility at Rostov was hit again. A Russian jet fuel processing plant, some 1,300 miles deep inside of Russia, was struck and huge fires are raging. Flames have spread into the nearby town as well. A Russian air base, 600 miles inside of Russia, was hit, reports confirm two SU-27 fighter-bombers were destroyed, three others damaged. Also, two helicopters and an aerial refueling tanker were damaged. There was damage to storage buildings and at least one hangar.

Back in Ukraine, the Ukrans gained ground in the critical battle for Povrosk. It appears Ukraine will be able to hold on to that city at least until the spring/summer. Putin wanted Povrosk before the worst of the winter weather set in, but that ain't happening. One battalion of the elite 3rd Assault Brigade (Azov) is operating on the northern flank of that battle, and they have driven the Russians back close to 6 miles. Those Russian units have retired into defensive works in the hills, so it is very doubtful the Ukrans will be able to dislodge them from there at this time. On the southern flank of the battle for Povrosk, the Russians tried to cross a field at night, with just infantry, but I guess they forgot Ukraine has sophisticated night vision and drones with infrared cameras. About 80 Russians were killed, another 45 wounded/captured, and the rest last seen fleeing for their pathetic lives.

Putin says he is ready to negotiate with Ukraine. Of course, he is losing the war and is about to lose his country. He says Ukraine refuses to sit down at the table for serious discussions. To discuss what? Get your sorry evil ass out of Ukraine and then there will be nothing left to discuss. The fact Putin has gone on national TV in Russia, knowing worldwide media will pick it up and spread his comments, shows how desperate he is. He is trying to win the PR war, garner sympathy from morons like Tucker Carlson in placing the blame on President Z and Ukraine, as if they are the bad actors in all of this.

Yo, Vladimir, most of us who have an IQ above that of a slug (which leaves Tucker out) know who is at fault. Get your ass out of Ukraine, including Crimea, and you'll be amazed just how fast peace will come to Russia.

More dead Russians and North Koreans...the numbers continue to pile up. Goofy Russians tried to cross the Dnieper River on rubber boats at night. Newsflash Russkis! the Ukrans have sophisticated night vision and infrared tech on drones. Darkness means nothing now. There is great video footage of Ukran drones hunting down North Koreans and killing them one by one. One shot shows three NKs cowering by a tree and then looking up to see the grenade being dropped on them...kaboom!

Ukraine also struck very, very deep inside of Russia, hitting an army HQ and Putin secret police HQ both housed in a high rise building in Kanza. Six Ukran "drones" which are really converted small planes and remotely flown were sent to attack this HQ building. Based on video footage and local reports, at least two of the drones struck the HQ building focusing on the 15th floor of the building. No confirmed reports on what happened to the other four drones, but likely they crashed and/or veered off course. It's amazing that two of the drones struck the exact target, the 15th floor, which housed the commanders of the HQ. And this was a distance of some 2,200 miles inside of Russia from the launch point. And, to confirm the importance of this HQ, Putin is pissed about it, vowing revenge. Must have stung poor ole Vladamir.

Ukraine has become THE technology center of the world in the realm of drones and other guided weapons. So much so, we, the USA, has requested permission to visit Ukraine's secret labs of weapons' development. Three recently deployed weapons by the Ukrans: 1) the "Brother" cruise missile, 2) the Peklo (which means "hell") drone, and 3) the Frankensam, an anti-aircraft missile, are all state-of-the-art and are superior to our weapons' systems designed to do the same things.

In retaliation for the attack on the HQ building in Kanza, Putin ordered a missile attack on Kyiv, targeting the Diplomatic Mission building, which housed diplomat staffs for six nations including Portugal and Argentina. One person was killed, a dozen+ injured. Portugal is pissed! Heretofore Portugal has stood on the sidelines, rooting for Ukraine to win the war, but not doing anything very helpful. The PM of Portugal announced his country will now become more active supporting Ukraine's war effort against the evil Putinites. Good job Vladimir, "How to Win Friends..." NOT!!

Ukraine destroyed Russia's last remaining electronics' jamming plane. The large jet carried electronic equipment designed to jam missiles' and drones' guidance systems. It was ferried to an air base near Moscow for routine maintenance and upgrades. Anti-Putin spies alerted the Ukrans who greeted the plane with kamikaze drones just after it had landed. The plane is a total loss. This renders Russia blind to missile (including ICBMs) attacks, save for their numerous ground stations, and unable to "deflect" the flight of incoming missiles.

The past 48 hours have been relatively quiet along the fronts. Ukraine did launch a successful counterattack on the Southern Front in Kherson, but with limited results. It was designed to simply retake a patch of woods recently seized by the Russians. Elsewhere along the 900-mile front in Ukraine, and in the Kursk Salient, small Russian attacks were all thwarted.

There is a report of another friendly fire incident, this time North Koreans shooting at other North Koreans, in Kursk. But this has not been independently confirmed yet.

The Russian supply/ammo ship, the Ursa Major, exploded and sunk while heading to Syria in the Mediterranean Sea, seeking to pass thru the Suez Canal. No reports on the cause; could have been an accident or maybe sabotage. Regardless, it's another huge loss for Putin.

Russian morons, advancing in pickup trucks and passenger cars and flying the Soviet hammer & cycle flag, were obliterated by Ukrainian artillery and drones. Putin has gotten so desperate and is so depleted in equipment that he resorts to civilian vehicles. This was part of the single largest loss of life in one day suffered by the Russians since the war began. Waiting on confirmed reports, but the early numbers are staggering.

Quietly, Ukran F-16s have been gaining control of the skies over the war zone.

Can add another Ukran weapon development to the list: their version of the WWII German "buzz" bombs used to terrorize London. Part of their Trembita Project, these small cruise missiles resemble the buzz bombs of WWII. They can carry only 45 pounds of explosives, so they cannot cause a lot of damage. But they are fast, somewhat small, less than 8-feet long, and are designed to zip in avoiding defenses. Apparently, they have already been successfully field-tested in a strike on a Russian army base northeast of Moscow.

"Secret" Russian drone warehouse was completely destroyed by Ukrainian drone strikes. This warehouse had 65 Shahed drones and parts for 400 more but all was lost in the attack. The Russians have taken to using civilian facilities like private company warehouses to hide their military equipment. This one was an abandoned department store warehouse that still had all the signage for the store, and the trucks seen coming and going were either unmarked or had that company's logo on them. No Russian military markings on any of the vehicles. So, how did the Ukrainians know what was in the warehouse? Pundits surmise this was another case of anti-Putin partisan spies who have been working closely with the Ukran military providing intelligence. But one pundit, a Romanian YouTuber whom I have come to trust with VERY accurate information, thinks this was strictly an inside job, some Russian army officer who leaked the location of this critical warehouse. Now, this Russian officer may have contacted some anti-Putin partisan so they could relay the info to Ukraine. But it is highly unlikely that on their own these partisans could have discovered the location of this drone warehouse. Regardless, the Putinites have to be scratching their heads. By any standards they did everything right to conceal what was in the warehouse and still...kaboom!

The Shahed drones are an Iranian invention, but the Russians have been working closely with their evil ally to further develop these drones. They have been the number one troublemaker for the Ukrainians and most successful attacks against Ukran cities/targets have resulted from Shahed drone attacks. They are not to be underestimated. The Ukrans have shot some of them down, and in one case, a Ukran drone was used to bring down a Shahed drone and it was recovered mostly undamaged. The Ukrans have reverse-engineered these drones and found them to be very sophisticated. In fact, one source says that some of the advancements made by Ukraine in drones is the result of stealing some of the Shahed technology.

Collateral damage. Russia's economy and infrastructure are collapsing. Yesterday two Russian trains, carrying coal and supplies for the remote towns in Siberia collided at a crossing. Both trains derailed, coal was spilled all over the ground, and it will take weeks to clear the wreckage and restore rail service to those isolated communities. What happened? Well, according to sources, the electronic signals designed to alert the train crews of other traffic ahead failed and have not, cannot be replaced/repaired because Russia lacks the capacity to worry over such civilian applications as they are on a strictly wartime economy.

Such incidents as this are generating a lot of anti-Putin, anti-Kremlin sentiment. Some sources claim Russian police and army units have been dispatched across the country to put down, with extreme prejudice, protests and riots. And of course, Putin's control of the media has allowed these incidents to remain covered-up. Many Russian people, mere "peasants" who live in the very rural parts of Russia have no loyalty to any government located in Moscow. Just trying to survive in the harsh environment of Siberia and elsewhere takes everything they have. Now, there will be no coal, no foodstuffs, no supplies reaching some of them for many weeks. And winter has set in up that way.

We are going to wake up one day (hopefully soon) and learn from "Breaking News" that Putin and his merry band of thugs have been deposed. I am rooting for the average Russian, most of whom are good people seeking only to care for themselves and their families.

The Azerbaijan airliner was shot down by Russian air defenses, either a frigate which was on the Caspian Sea or from a ground missile battery along the coast. Clearly the jet airliner suffered a shrapnel hit the kind from an aerial detonation of an anti-aircraft missile. 38 confirmed killed. The airliner was flying from Russia to Azerbaijan and the crew tried to make an emergency landing at another airport, but its hydraulics had been knocked out by the shrapnel. Probably an unfortunate accident. No one is accusing the Putinites of deliberately targeting the airliner.

You may recall the big challenge, the "showdown" between the Russian 810th Marine Brigade and the Ukran 47th Armored Brigade along the northwestern part of the Kursk Salient. The Ukrainians won the battle and the 810th Brigade retired to a nearby town. Last night the Ukrans attacked and destroyed the 810th HQ housed in an apartment building, killing the brigade commander and several of his staff and high command. There were no banners, flags, or any kind of markings indicating this building was serving as brigade HQ. Again, somehow, the Ukrans were alerted and knew exactly which building to strike. There were nearby apartment buildings with civilians, none of those were damaged, no civilians harmed. One pundit marveled at the surgical strike of the Ukan drones.

More North Koreans slaughtered. A reinforced company of NKs, numbering about 165 soldiers, attempted to capture the small farming village of Kueblen'Koe located on the northwestern part of the Kursk Salient, about 7 miles north of the key town of Novo...where Russians have been halted several times by the Ukrans. The village of Kueblen'Koe (KK) is abandoned as the Russian peasants from there evacuated when the incursion reached them months ago. Using a stretch of woods which flanks a small creek, the NKs advanced toward KK but Ukrainian drones were tracking them every step. A HIMARS attack using cluster bombs utterly wiped out the NKs. Those who survived, many of them wounded, sought cover in the woods and then ignored requests to surrender. Finally, the Ukrans sent in special forces, operating in 5-man squads, to seek out and destroy the remaining NKs. Reports are no NKs survived the night as the Ukrans had night vision and the NKs did not. The Ukran commander on the ground had recorded bodycam footage showing how much they tried to get the remaining NKs to surrender. They pleaded with the NKs not to waste their lives for nothing. The NKs only shouted back cussing the Ukrainians.

Now, pissed off at this setback, the North Koreans are amassing a larger contingent of troops to assault KK again. At least that's how it appears, with Ukran recon drones watching the activity. The Ukrans have moved additional artillery batteries and more troops to the woods near KK anticipating the attack to come.

Not all North Korean soldiers are stupid. Ukraine showed still photos and video of 80 NKs who have defected to Ukraine and now are fighting alongside the Ukrainians in Donbas against the Russians. These NKs requested not to be sent to Kursk where they might be asked to fight other North Koreans. Wearing Ukrainian uniforms and proudly pointing to the Ukraine blue & yellow flag patch, these NKs are actually smiling. Don't see any smiles on the faces of the NKs still fighting for Fat Boy & Putin.

Seizing an opportunity, Ukraine launched counterattacks north and south of Chasiv Yar, a town that has been under siege for over 6 months. Chasiv Yar is 6 miles west of Bakhmut, which fell 18 months ago. Since then, Russia has been trying to capture Chasiv Yar but have failed thus far. Russian units did penetrate Ukrainian defenses and gained a foothold in Chasiv Yar several months ago but were driven out with severe losses. Yesterday, seeing a weakening of the Russian units, the Ukrans launched attacks on both flanks and retook a total of 12 acres of woods. The Ukrainians chased the retreating Russians until they reached a defensive line atop some high ground. There the Ukrans smartly paused, and now have dug in. This quick action represents a big setback for the Russians at this place. It took the Russians 4 months of fighting, suffering heavy losses to capture those woods. And in less than one day, the Ukrans took it all back.

Because of the sacrifices made by the 100,000 Wagner Group soldiers (morons), "Russia" claimed a major victory when they took Bakhmut. It was a tactical and symbolic victory for Putin. But since then, all efforts by the mighty Russians have met with utter failure as they have tried to build on that accomplishment advancing westward. Chasiv Yar is more important strategically than Bakhmut is (was) because of the river, two major highways, and a railroad line that pass thru the town. The railroad line which passes thru Bakhmut is a spur off this major RR line.

So, with all the chest thumping after the fall of Bakhmut, here sits the mighty Russian army, stymied a mere 6 miles west.

The reality of modern combat is changing rapidly. Now the most effective drones are controlled by fiber optic wire. This renders electronic jamming useless, and the drones are striking targets with close to 100% effectiveness. The Russians were the first to employ this technology out of necessity and soon discovered, hey! it works. Now Ukraine had to play catchup in this tech and has surpassed the Russians, although the Russians are continuing to improve their own wire-guided drones too. The Russians, thus far, have limited range with their fiber optics drones of about 1.5-2 miles. The Ukrans have enhanced theirs with longer wires and can reach close to 6 miles now. Such wire-guided drones are meant to be tactical, for use on a local battlefield. But they are proving to be very effective.

Recently a lone Ukran Abrams tank was knocked out of action by Russian fiber optic drones. The tank had just attacked and destroyed a North Korean trench and two bunkers along a woods line and was hurrying back to its own lines when a Russian fiber optics drone struck it in the tracks, halting its movement. The tank's automatic electronic jamming system had no effect on the drone. Realizing their tank was disabled and they were stranded in the open, on a road. The Ukran crew abandoned the tank and left on foot. Later another Russian drone struck the tank where it should have destroyed the tank, but thankfully, the drone's explosive charge was a dud and failed to detonate. For whatever reason there was, the Russians did not try again. So, the Ukrans, under the cover of darkness, were able to retrieve the tank and tow it back to their lines, where it was repaired.

But, the Ukrans have suffered losses to the Russian fiber optics drones. They are very effective in short ranges.
