what's your opinion of the growing antarctic ice cap?

cartek obviously has nothing to back up his claim. he just comes to this thread from time to time to remind us all of what he thinks (as if we had forgot). that doesn't make him wrong.

I have no opinion except that the ice is going to get too thick down there and outweigh the ice loss in the north, then the earth will tilt over and start spinning in the wrong direction. I don't think this can be a good thing!

And Bob, just so you know, I plan to add nothing else worthwhile to this thread. The whole GW debate nationwide has grown so political and billions in profit can buy a lot of sceptics. We are f*cked. Whether you, Cartek, or the millions of Dittoheads chose to believe that or not, it really doesn't matter.

All the evidence I need is this: when the scientist associated with the recently released international product begin distancing themselves from the document because (1) it doesn't reflect the results of their research and (2) the bureaucrats drafted it without input from the scientist...I have about all the evidence I need.

Its about money and political gain...absolutrly nothing else...if it were, Prince Albert would not have utility bills that average $3500/month.

LOL. Well said. These guys get more ridiculous with their conspiracy theory's every day. Nevermind the "scientific" minds on here who must be the .001% left of the reputable "scientists" still denying the truth. Meanwhile, the REAL story gets more clear everyday with people who actually know whats going on.

And I love how a few get on this board and act like not only are they completely right all the time, but everyone must agree with them, meanwhile polls show that the VAST majority of avg Joe's are on board. They know its a big problem and getting worse and they want change.

So the scientists are against you, the public is against you, the world is against you, but damnit, YOU ARE RIGHT!!!

Within the last year, I think, I posted about having seen something on t.v. or read something somewhere a couple of years ago that mentioned that some people thought that was the possible cause of the last ice age or something like that. I don't remember how it was thought that the earth changing it's tilt was able to cause the ice age, though. However, I don't remember the article having blamed AGW for that, though. It was a natural cycle as I remember. Not saying that is the case now. Just saying.
