If your plane catches fire, don't expect Continental to give you a free upgrade. Humorously, I just got a survey invite. You want to know how the flight went? The plane caught fire! That's how the flight went.

Is From Russia with Love the best Bond movie? I'm thinking yes, but I haven't seen it in a while (recently read the book - which is a little different from the movie, but still pretty good). Reading Dr. No now - it's not the best Bond movie (or book), but it probably has the most memorable Bond moment.
Didn't we have a "best Bond movie" thread at one time?
Internet maps go into WAAAAY too much detail.
I once complained to Delta in a survey because I had to sit next to an extremely obese woman on a packed flight. Her fat rolls encroached so far onto my seat that, for all practical purposes, she sat in my lap for three hours. Nothing became of the complaint.
Ate at Fogo de Chao (Brazilian steakhouse with continuous all-you-can-eat tableside service) for lunch today. I can feel my blood pressure rising.
For the last year, I've spent some time trying to learn a little bit of various foreign languages, enough to get just some basic information. By far, the funniest has been Bokmål, which is the major language spoken in Norway. Also been looking at Welsh, German, French, Danish, Dutch, and Swedish.
I'm flying to Evansville, Indiana in June. For the first time in many years, I'll be flying from Shreveport. It was the lowest fare (by several dollars over Monroe) and by quite a bit over all the other airports.
My normal fare search area is all airports from Alexandria to Little Rock and Jackson, MS to DFW. Historically, Shreveport is never the lowest, and it has usually been so much higher that I drive somewhere else to start and end my trip.
Ate lunch at Five Guys today. The burger was good, but I don't see what the fuss is all about.
For a "fast food" burger it would be tough to beat, but it is not a gourmet burger. Will set you back over 10 bucks for a regular cheeseburger (with all the toppings you want), plus french fries and a coke. You can also eat as many roasted peanuts as you want, but who cares? You can get some really good gourmet burgers in town for the same price (like from Vortex or Flip Burger).
