Lol. Trump always puts himself above America. If you vote for Trump you support Trump, not America.

Anti-corruption? Yep! which is why Trump has been fighting the severe corruption in The Swamp, not the least of which is rooted in the DOJ/FBI, as we've all seen.
Rule of law? Yep! which is why Trump has offered help, even "threatened" help, to restore order in all those Dem cities/states. And! why Trump has adhered to the strictest interpretation of the law, unlike obummer who routinely disregarded it....such as selling automatic weapons to the Mexican drug cartels.
Separation of power? Yep! which is why Trump has tried to work with Congress, unlike obummer who issued a record amount of EOs.
The problem is The Swamp and those of you who are either willfully going along, or are too ignorant to understand any of it.
Do you know the definition of fascism, or is it just a term you like to throw around because it sounds so bad? FYI...the correct definition is: a system of politics/government when there is only one political party and that party is led by a single, powerful leader. If anything it is the Dems pushing for a fascist system in the US. But, even that is not totally accurate, as I have not seen a movement of concentrating power in one individual. Rather the Left is ruled by a small group of power-hungry people. There are still multiple political parties in the US, two major ones, and many, many others. So...if you don't wish to sink even lower into the negative credibility area, you need to stop the silly talk about fascism.
Populism? Heck! we had a whole thread on that a while back. After much discussion, research, more discussion, as I recall, we did not arrive at one acceptable definition of it, and did not see how it applied to the any current "movement" in the US. If you accept the "elitist" definition of it then yeah, one can make the case, by that definition, that Trump's political philosophy embraces the pure tenets of populism. And to that I say: GOOD FOR HIM! and a huge THANKS! Caring more for "the common man" over "elitists?" Count me in! That is very fabric of what makes America great! The notion that anyone can rise as far as their talent and effort takes them. I agree, there are parts of Trump's political philosophy that embraces aspects of populism, and thank God for it!!!
Nationalism? Absolutely!!!!!!!! (even though you didn't include it in your post). America and Americans first!!!
What else ya got?
Do you really not see the fascism in Trumpism? Have you been living under a rock?

Poll: Donald Trump Regains Footing in Texas as He ‘Erases’ Biden’s Lead
President Trump is regaining his footing in Texas as Joe Biden (D) slips in the polls nationwide, a recently released Dallas Morning News/UT-Tyler poll showed.
According to the survey, taken August 28 to September 2, Trump is strengthening in the Lone Star State, leading his Democrat opponent by two percentage points, 48 percent to 46 percent. According to the Dallas Morning News, that represents a significant shift in the president’s direction, given that he trailed the former vice president by five points in July.

There is nothing more anyone can say to you. You are simply too stupid to understand, do understand and are purposely being an evil ass, or some combination of the two. Regardless, it is pointless to engage you in a discussion.

The 4th was inactivated? They just built them a brand new HQ building. I happened to be on post when they had a welcome home parade for the 4/10 some years ago. That was 2015 or 2016, I think... The MPs apologized saying the main road would be blocked for a while. I called the agency where I had a presentation to make and told them I was stuck on the other side of the parade. No problem, they said, get here when you can. So! I asked the nice MP if I could pull out of traffic and park somewhere so I could properly watch the parade. He moved a barricade and I parked on a side street.
I admit it, I am like a kid when it comes to honoring our wonderfully gallant troops! Cheering, clapping, shouting "Thanks!" to 'em.
Thanks? "Thanks for your service..." seems inadequate. We utter those words, sometimes robotically, as if we meet our obligation of appreciation by doing so. I don't know...

Well well well.. Looks like Goosey may have fallen, as he has so many times in the past, to unverified stories..
Atlantic Editor Admits Story About Trump Disparaging Fallen Soldiers Could Be Wrong
quote:
Jeffrey Goldberg, Editor-in-Chief for The Atlantic, confessed that the central claim in his publication’s reprehensible hit piece on the President could very well be false.
The Atlantic column starts off with a claim that the President did not want to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018, because “his hair would become disheveled in the rain” and that “he did not believe it important to honor American war dead.”
Remember – this is the lede to the piece and sets up every other argument throughout. That Trump despises the military and veterans, and referred to them as “suckers” and “losers.”
Goldberg admits that his four, off-the-record, anonymous sources may not have been correct and that the visit was indeed called off due to weather.
When presented with an excerpt from former national security adviser John Bolton’s book which details how the weather was the cause for cancellation of the visit to the cemetery, not a decision by POTUS over his hair, Goldberg conceded, “I’m sure all of those things are true.”
Re: Presidential Election 2020
Nah! Goosey is never wrong because, like his hero, Sleepy Creepy quid pro quo Joe Biden, he is interested in the "truth," not any facts.

How could this possibly be news? Yes, Goldberg is reporting what someone told him. Goldberg NEVER claims to have firsthand knowledge of the events. How could anyone who knows what a reporter is or does not know this? Even if it wasn't anonymous, this would still be true.

He did not admit that his informants could be wrong. In fact, he pointed out how all accounts (Bolton and those he spoke to) could all be true. Trump did say the things quoted about the fallen troops, his hair, and the secret service could have recommended cancellation due to weather at the same time. They are not exactly inconsistent.
You just got snookered again without even listening to the Goldberg interview and the tripped and fell on your face in a mad rush to post something here that you never bothered to look into. Typical.
Re: Presidential Election 2020
So you have a link and audio proving Trump said those things about military? Surely someone got it recorded.. Not just someone trying to sell books..

You would just come up with another excuse if they did have it recorded.

Yet you believe it to be true.. Did you hear your VP Candidate say how proud she was of Jacob Blake? That was recorded.. She is proud of someone charged with felony sexual assault, criminal trespass.

Other news sources are reporting that they have received reports confirming it to be true. And it certainly sounds like something the Donald would say.
The fact that Kamala Harris is “proud of him and how he is working through is pain” doesn’t offend me, but I totally get how it offends drama queens.

I get how you support criminals and thugs as well.. Considering you voiced your support for the CHOP and Antifa folks..
