Maybe someone who happens to live in Ruston and happens to have a big four-wheel-drive truck should happen to drive by the stadium where a chain that happens to be attached to their rear bumper happens to get caught on that fence and the whole thing happens to get torn down in what by all accounts is a tragic accident.

If the fence no longer existed, they would have to replace it, right?
