Surely the person who actually used the fire extinguisher as a weapon is subject to serious charges. Manslaughter or some other charge, like 2nd degree murder.

I am also following ALL the incidents of murder committed by Antifa/BLM types during their riots. Not much in the news, but in true murder cases both sides generally try to keep information from leaking out so as not to bias potential jurors.

The people that beat him will get regular murder. The other rioters that broke in are the ones that have felony murder exposure.

To summarize, the people who initially breached the Capitol arrived well before Trump finished speaking. They would have had to left the Ellipse area BEFORE Trump started speaking if they were ever in that area at all to arrive at the Capitol when they did.
