In other words, the problem is not with mail-in voting. To the extent there is fraudulent voting (mail-in or in person), it is an issue with local controls not whether a vote is cast by mail. Many states get this right already.
This hysteria about mail in voting is just another voter suppression tactic that gives republicans an edge.
