His loss hurt Tulsa in the closing minutes.
Speedy did kick the player on the ground, so I'm glad they did not call double technicals.

Alternate buzzer went off. I heard it at the other end and I immediately wondered why they counted the score after the blocked shot that never touched the rim the first time. I don't think the backboard lights up for the shot clock violation.

Speaking of goals, ours are extremely dated....we need more modern goals with light-up backboards and cubed shot-clock that can be viewed from all angles.

You and dogsince65.... once he left (or changed seats), we took the lead and the win.
I almost jinxed us all texting Dwayne that we sealed the win with 30 seconds left. :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o
Re: 2/6 Tulsa game (Coach Mike WHITE OUT)
I've noticed at a lot of places they have fans behind the goals that are doing everything they can to distract during the opposing teams free throws. We have the tunnels with the new covers directly behind the goals. Do y'all think that is an advantage that we are missing out on? I always thought it would mess with the other team to have a bunch of guys holding actual rims with nets in the stands moving them side to side.
Re: 2/6 Tulsa game (Coach Mike WHITE OUT)
Here's some thought. Maybe we need to start hooting and hollering when WE are shooting freethrows and be quiet for the visitors. We're already used to noise on the road. Anythng to shake up our FT percentage.

I think ours are dated October, 2013. WE HAVE everything you mention but a 3-sided shot clock. Took awhile to get 'em all in sync the first 2-3 games, but we got all the bells and whistles with the video board upgrade.

You know folks might not believe you just because all you do is point and push a button :icon_wink:
I still would like one of those three sided clocks though
