Powell was never on it. She is doing the criminal investigation that the primary legal team doesn't have time for. All it takes is three swing states (Pennsylvania and two others) to not certify the vote or have certification overturned, and no candidate can get to 270 in the Electoral College. That takes the election to the House where Nancy would rather chew on her gavel than preside over a vote that re-elects Trump. And with Republicans holding the majority of 27 of the 50 House delegations in the next Congress, that is what would likely happen.

MI had to be certified to begin the process of a challenge. PA certification if it happens won't mean anything until the court challenges are done and may mean nothing after they are done. Same with GA.

From witnesses present, in Venezeula the system was taken offline to in the middle of the night to "fix" the results as ordered by Chavez. Very similar to the several states (not coincidentally with Dominion machines) that all suspended counting at the same time during the early morning of November 4.
Dominion machines have all kinds of backdoors up to and including the ability to file all ballots scanned as questionable where they require manual review before being included in totals. Exactly why Texas rejected that system three times including twice last year.
Powell's full criminal investigation will take too long to have much impact in the next three weeks as required before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet. But it will likely have the most long-lasting consequences to reform the entire process of how our elections are conducted.
