When I read your post I thought you meant green in the sense of "inexperienced."
On an unrelated note, I'm not sure I've ever heard your thoughts on Collective Soul. (I probably don't want to know, but I guess I'll ask anyway.)

Loved their first two albums but now everything they put out sounds so incredibly processed. I really liked that special they did where they went to Africa and played all of their hits acoustically.

It was a nostalgic kind of day today. Drove myself crazy trying to remember BSO, and failed miserably until it was too "late" after I played around in iTunes and they popped up on a "Listeners Also Bought" list. Just could not remember their name or song names.
