I would speculate that once Navy is on board (no pun), AFA will be told that it's time to fish or get off the pot.

If Air Force declines, then Temple is up to bat.

Navy to the BE is basically a done deal. It has even been reported on the radio up here as such. Just a matter of details and timing. Guess that means they are going to have to add one more. Temple, ECU, Memphis, or something completely out of the box and totally unexpected like ODU or Buffalo?
