Market is definitely cooling down. Probably should have sold about 2 months ago. Still we did better than I thought. I will still commute in a few days a month but mostly work remotely. Very happy to be back near family.

Did the same thing about 5 years ago. Moved the family from Keller to Ruston. For the first few months back in Ruston, we would arrive no less than 30 minutes early to any destination! Took us a while to get used to no traffic. :)

Drove through the edge of Fresno this morning. Not particularly exciting. I think the image is pretty accurate.

Riding to South Louisiana, in an absolute deluge. Pass a girl with no lights and she is busy texting away while driving. The epitome of stupidity.

In St Louis for Cubs- Cards. Cubs roster decimated. Scrapped the whole thing and started over. Same as our Dawgs and probably same as the Saints in another year. I am a fan of the toughest teams to love!

Nov 1st should be a national holiday for Halloween's sake. Having work and school the next day hinders what could be an even better night for the community. Religious people that hate Halloween have All Saints Day while those that enjoy Halloween festivities get the whole night for fun. It's a win-win.

Gotta love Lane Kiffin. Just like Mike Leach, ask him what's on his mind, he tells you. Heck with Kiffin you probably don't even have to ask.

Some of us do Halloween and All Saints Day (and Reformation Day to boot)

I know our players are guilty too, but every time a ball handler extends his arm to create separation from the defender, that should be a foul. If we expect defenders to defend without contact, then a ball handler should have to get around a guy without significant contact.
