My bet is that Pelosi is running again to avoid subponeas from the folks that will be running the show come November. She wants to retire to Florida, but if she does all of her illegal and digsgusting activities will be laid bare for the real Americans to see.

My read of the Constitution says yes. No House member has ever been impeached, and the only member of the Senate impeached had charges dismissed since he had already been expelled from the Senate.

Expulsion (or otherwise no longer holding office) eliminates the need for (or the legitimacy of) impeachment.
