Daylight savings is bad.
I don't see why they can't get the House to take this up. Cleared the Senate with no objections. I do wish they'd stick to Standard Time instead of making Daylight Savings time permanent, but at this point just pick one and stick with it.
Much ado about nothing. Takes me all of a couple of days to adjust each time. It's been a couple of days, I'm all set now. Personally, I like the more daylight at "the end of the day." Of course, as we move into summer the "days" get longer naturally with more daylight vs. nighttime. But, I'm okay with the time change regardless.Quote:

Your memory is working fine. The person’s name is Junior Roach. He is a WWII vet. He was a fixture on the chain gang at the Joe forever. His failing health forced him to give up the chain gang. Eventually he moved to Shreveport to be near his daughter. I do not know whether he is still living or not.tQuote:
