Can you link your source? Everything I've seen shows China being the biggest creator of Co2 emissions. Yes the US is ranked, but not number 1. US environmental activists complain about the U.S. yet other countries who are also bad, or worse, they don't say anything about them. The US has zero leverage on getting them to reduce Co2 emissions. India basically said that it is not in their best economic interests to lower emissions, yet the U.S. and others give billions of dollars to India. Same is true with China..Quote:
