Lease it as warehouse space? Has anyone caught any fish from the stocked pond at the complex?

Popeye's going up corner Celebrity Drive and LA 33-Farmerville Hwy across from old Raceway station. And Pizza Huts inside Super 1 and old Appetizers location on Tech Drive. New seafood restaurant in the old Landry's Marketplace buffet building on LA 33. Hearing mixed reviews on that one.

I heard a sure nuff bad review on the new seafood place. Don’t waste time trying it.

Hate to hear that. Diverse taste buds on things like Mexican food but not on sea food. It’s either good or not. Passing by two pretty good spots while headed north probably does not help.

What is going in the empty Fred’s building? Also, what is being built on Commerce Street south of the newest physical therapy building, a bit north of the NE corner of Commerce and Celebrity?

Thanks. Anyone else know about the others? Also, what is going in the old House of Flowers downtown on corner of Vienna and East RR Avenue near Ponchatoula’s?

Ruston Groceries is going in the old Fred's building. They have a Facebook page you can check out.

It's been interesting to see some of the new businesses in the vacant Fred's buildings around the region.

Same family that owns the Calhoun’s Grocery. Great meat and produce section. Will be a welcome addition that gives me another option to avoid Walmart.

We got a Spring Market (Brookshire's) here in Haughton. It's great for when you need a few things, but they charge a bit more than Brookshire's. It'll put the 2 dollar stores that are in a 200 yard radius out of business before long.
