Well I am out. Can’t watch this anymore, my blood pressure and alcohol content are both rising way to fast to be sitting on this couch.
We need to question our S&C coach. What's up with all the injuries? Also, we built a nice strength facility with some custom workout racks for Hester, these guys look weak and slow.
