This is about the United States Supreme Court. This is about what we believe about basic rights in this country. This is about whether Americans still believe WE grant how much power the Federal Government has, or if we are willing to let them tell us how much power the Federal Government will allow US to have.

Brett Baire had a guest on his show who is an "expert" and historian on presidential elections. It was an interesting discussion. That fellow, whose name escapes me, has a website chock full of information. Data and facts on past elections.
Right now, if the polls are accurate, KKK has 287 EC votes locked up, so even if Trump wins all the toss-up states, he still can't win. He has to win a big "leaning KKK" state, like a Michigan, or some combination of smaller states, currently leaning Klinton. And of course, this assumes he holds serve in those states leaning his way.
When pressed IF Trump has a chance, the fellow shook his head, but did say, his only chance is if the polls are not truly reflective of how states will go. The "brexit" factor.

It is numerically possible for the EC to end tied at 269, in which case the House, I think, will vote to break the tie. Or maybe it's the Senate, or both. Heck, look it up.
Yeah, that's the numbers based on recent polls. But the polls are changing daily, and besides, in the close races, who's to say the polls are right!
