How could you blame Trump for flip flopping when the experts have been "wrong" so many times. I would place more blame on "experts" and CDC than Trump. Trump is not an expert on virology, CDC is supposed to be. If they had just said "we don't know", that would have gone a long way in sustaining their credibility IMO
