Trump only needs 38 electoral votes to win. I feel sure he will win Pennsylvania because he was up 380,000 votes around midnight before they brought in that truckload of ballots.
He only needs states totaling at least 37 electoral votes to have results flipped or be decertified and removed from the Electoral College count.Quote:
