When white people call themselves “nationalists” and/or pretend that they don’t know white nationalism as the evil thing that it is, they are playing footsie with the ideology, usually as a dog whistle to give themselves some level of plausible deniability while signaling to the racists that they are heard and understood. It is really more pernicious than making an overtly racist statement, because you are hoping to hide for being accountable for what you say.

People tend to immigrate to liberal democracies that have strong economic opportunities. It isn’t a racial thing.

The Dutch invented capitalism and it spread like a meme particularly to imperialist countries, which included England, France and Spain and they spread it to where they colonized.

Liberal democracy kind of co-evolved in England and France shortly thereafter and ultimately led to revelolutions and decolonization that decentralized power from monarchies.

I am itching to provide the real answer to the question, but as a former teacher/coach I know people learn better by realizing their own mistakes and growing from them. Go back and study some history of the world, Goosey. No, I'm not being my usual "stir-the-pot" self. Seriously. You might want to start with the volume "History of Europe" by Scheville. He provides a prologue to bridge very early Europe to the 16th Century, but his work really focuses on 1500 AD to the present. Of course, "Europeans" did not stay in Europe. So one gets a complete world view of the last 500 years.

If there were “no borders”, they wouldn’t have been apprehended because it wouldn’t have been illegal.
