Rand Paul needs to just drop out of the race and life.

I am still trying to figure how Kasich (Cousin Eddie) is still on the island.

Because overall he is the only sane one, or nearest to sane one, around. Which of course means he has no chance in hell of winning anything.

I am new to this political section of the board, but I perceive that you may be a Democrat commenting on the Republican side of the debate. :)
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
I thought Paul, Bush, Rubio, and Cruz all had pretty good nights. Bush is the lagger of that group, but he did well compared to his past performances. Trump and Carson both looked silly at times and, by and large, seemed quiet on many topics...which may be telling as this was one of the most substantive debates yet.
Kasich didn't present well, but he made some points to consider. I disagree with a lot of what he says, but I've always liked him. I don't think he's doing a good job of letting his likability lead.
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
Rubio and Cruz have been very consistent in all of the debates. Trump and Carson were so-so although Fox talking heads like Carson tonight. Carley made up some ground and should stay though the gal needs to freaking smile sometimes. She made some good points even if "interrupting". I think Paul and Bush need to go. Bush even forgot what he was saying or the point he was making a few times...... Toast!!

I forgot about Carly...I thought she did very well.

No.
I can't help but wonder what in that statement made you draw that conclusion.

I can somewhat I agree with this. Mainly just disagree about Bush and Paul. Bush didn't have a good night and Paul sucks.
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
We disagree about Paul, but didn't you think he had his best "debate" performance tonight? I didn't think Bush was good...just better than usual.

I will admit it is hard for me to see past his policies to say rather his performance was good or not for him.

When she smiled in the last debate, the "gals" from The View said she looked demented. :rolleyes4:
I don't know if anyone saw it, but Carly exposed the hosts of The View for what they are last week--hypocrites. She called them out for treating conservative women differently than liberal women.

If Paul is still in it by the Louisiana primaries (which is highly unlikely) he will get my vote. He really does believe in limited government.

Why? Are you afraid he will take over the government and then leave you alone?

I saw that. The better one was Ann Coulter vs Raven Symone. Symone told Ann that she was taught to keep your mouth shut if you can't say anything nice, and Ann then asked her why she has a segment making fun of people's names like "Watermelondrea." Symone was left befuddled.... she always thought she was nice and Ann was mean. It was shocking to her.
As for the debate, still Cruz and Rubio.... and then Fiorina for me. I like Carson and he would be fine, but not as good those 3, imo. When is Trump going to leave and why are a lot of Republicans still enamored with a guy who voted for Obama?
