Only 2 have losing records -

Several other are at .500

Good question. I think the following teams had their coaches hired away (I may have missed some, so I apologize in advance):

La Tech	9-3	4-6
Northern Illinois	12-2	10-0
Oregon	12-1	9-1
San Jose State	11-2	5-5
Texas Tech	8-5	7-4

Western Kentucky	7-6	6-4
Wisconsin	8-6	8-2

Four of those teams are doing worse, but Kent State and La Tech are the only ones on this list that had to replace a coaching staff and replace most of their team.

Yep. It's not as simple as just having a new coach. Each coach comes into a different situation, many of which are losing situations.

But we have a very "easy" schedule.
