If our running game struggles early, as long as we can throw it like we did last week, the running game will eventually open up.
I think UNT has to prepare for both and if they stuff the line of scrimmage we will wear them out over the middle of the field just like we did ULL. Also, I have a feeling we are going to hit some long ones with our outside receivers - it's time for Turner to have a break out game. Hopefully, Sokol will continue to progress and protect the ball.
Carlos Henderson will make his debut this week. I'm excited to see what he can do.

I think our best way to win is to do what we did to ULL, get ahead and force them to try and throw. Can we get out to an early lead? I have no idea looking at the last two games they've played I can't glean anything from their D's blowout loss to UT, then shutout of SMU.

You are probably right. He did thread a few throws that migh have been picked if they were barely off. Not sure if he got away with 2 or 3 throws that turned out to be nice gains or if the space was bigger than it looked from our seats.Quote:
