I know the mathematics behind it - but I still think its biased based on prior year performance and current year expectations
There is no bias in the rpi. The results are completely recreatable with no bias. The selection committee may be biased but the rpi formula is not.

You are correct on the selection committee. They definitely take the last year into effect. No way else to explain some of the teams that were left out last year. Our last year will help us in the end, if we do well this year.

I agree with you. That's EXACTLY what I've been saying too. Of course the rpi is biased. I said it all last season.
