Only way to enforce it would be to make attendance required for class credit. That's the way it is done at most universities.

They've been using the excuse for years (based on a few of the band alum I've personally talked to) that they can't make anybody come for the games because its on a break. I call horseshit, making all the games should be a prerequisite for joining the band, PERIOD. Its Busch League shit if they don't make them come to the games and that stuff would NEVER fly at the bigger schools.
