Jerry Rice's last collegiate game was in Joe Aillet Stadium. He had a pretty good day....but his team didn't.

Rice had a good day but he was badly beat up by the Tech secondary and was noticeably limping after the game.

I remember their coach said after the game, that he felt like a one legged man in a butt kicking contest.

Rice had a great 1st half, and practically disappeared in the 2nd half. We led 38-19 at the half, Rice with two TD catches. We outscored them 28-0 in the 2nd half. MVSU's potent offense was no match for a decent defense.
