Palin a cheater?

I never said that anybody made up or needed to make up anything about the Clintons. I also never said this story was credible. I still stand by my statement that as long as either side feels threatened by someone on the other side, they will continue to bring up stories about them, whether factual or not, to try to discredit them. Nobody talks about the unpopular kids.

But, the implication was that the Republicans are no better than the Democrats about saying bad things. Now, I don't want to debate the point as to which party is better, because I hate them both, but there is no way to compare the Republicans making an issue of Clinton's errant zipper and this totally unfair attack on Sarah Palin.

First. You haven't made me mad. Second, the implication of the Republicans being no better than the Democrats about saying bad things is the point. There is no debate about it. The fact that one side has merit to their attacks and the other does not, doesn't change the point I was trying to make, and that is that as long as the Democrats feel threatened by Palin, they will continue to bring up stories about her whether fabricated or factual. It was not my intent in the least to draw comparisons to the types of attacks. I agree that they can't be compared. My statement was for the reasoning of the attacks.
