Stopping a pandemic requires concerted action. The hotspots are now concentrated in Red States if you haven’t noticed.

There is a tragedy of the commons effect if you leave individuals to make choices over how to approach disease control.

No, I haven't noticed the color of the states... but it doesn't change my point. You will note I said "governors, mayors..." without any connection to red or blue. Nope, this whole China virus mess has been politicized for the express purpose of damaging Trump's re-election bid. Everyone knows that. Still, NOTHING prevents anyone from following CDC edicts if they choose, so YOU (plural) only have yourselves to blame.

Last I checked Walmart requires masks. They just aren’t going to make their employees enforce it against crazy Trumpers.

It improves your odds. But I wouldn't linger in or frequent an establishment where masks are warn improperly...one of the reasons I can't go to church in person yet.

Your realize this is NEVER going to change? Even if Harris/Biden win. They will call for mandatory masking, but NEVER enforce that they be properly worn above the nostrils. Friggin idiots wearing a mask with their nose sticking out...

I've certainly considered that. May have to make some changes regarding the places I go and where my memberships are.
