Thank God. There's probably not a bigger pre-Hagar Van Halen fan than me, but Dave's schtick is kind of disturbing now that he's getting old. Went and saw him and Sammy when they were touring together a few years ago and Sammy blew him away. In fact Sammy opened and by the mid point of Roth's set, half the crowd was gone or leaving. He still did the same old lines with the crowd that he was using in the 80's.
