My friend GL, you really need to rethink your answer again.

Direct translation- " you keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means"
More of an interpretation.
"If you’re not prepared to come to that table and represent that voice, don't come"
"Direct translation" - If you want to come to the table and represent your own voice, don't come - unless you are representing your sub category.
I see the article that you posted reflects your own thoughts on the matter. It goes off the rails pretty quickly. Just because you don't want to be categorized by your race/religion/nationality doesn't mean you want to be white. It could also mean that you want to stand on your own merits and not considered good but with a qualifier. If someone says I don't want to be considered the best American soccer player, I want to be the best soccer player.
“Don’t want to be a ___ voice”. That means you aren’t sharing your ____ perspective. That is all. It doesn’t mean you are sharing a different viewpoint. It is a call to action to all minorities to share their perspective.
I posted that article to show “black voice” actually has a specific meaning “black perspective.” This is terminology that is used heavily by Critical Race Scholars, and is well understood by those that are into black activism. I am not saying I embrace everything that CR theorists say, but the language was a clear reference to it.
I doesn't matter. There can be multiple racists/racist statements and the existence of the others doesn't excuse any of them.

Good for her.
Based on the article, looks like all but 3 liberals are either against it or silent. Please post your proof to the contrary.
Based on the article, this is a pilot program of the DHS (an executive agency overseen by Trump). This bipartisan group is writing to Trump, Pence and the DHS head asking that they expand the program.
That doesn’t mean everyone that didn’t participate in the writing of the letter are against it. But it does raise the question, why hasn’t DHS already done this?
DHS has been screaming for help since Obama was locking kids up.
But the fact that you would miss this obvious post (as well as the fact that your same criticism would also apply to every Republican that didn’t write the letter) just shows that you are already cocked and loaded and ready to shoot at every Dem that moves or doesn’t. Maybe a little less FoxNews time would help.
How so? What have they obstructed that would solve this?
The Dems have supported more funding for judges to adjudicate the asylum cases more quickly. Remember?
