Yes but I think for different reasons. In the case of logans, you might say there are two third party hold ups, one because of the other. The primary one being the only solution to a sewer issue.

I saw that tin is for sale at the old ford dealership. Does this mean that Logan's is starting to move on their project?

Don't know. They have been selling lumber and other stuff out of the building for a couple of months now. Almost looks like someone is dismantling the building and selling what they can.
