Our school should force Skip to make Tim Rattay the OC

When is the last time we blocked a punt ?

Rattay as OC doesnt make a difference if Skip gets his fingers in it and calls 3 screens and a punt every time.

We can force Skip to stay out of the way, it is the least Tech can do instead of doing nothing like always
