I guess they really aren't the big dog they think they are at the show. The daily testing is insane. College kids are getting Covid and life is going on. I thought it was interesting when the LSU coach said most of his kids have already had it, so it shouldn't really impact the season. They may find a lot of their players have as well.

Virginia/Virginia Tech postponed, too.

It should be noted that Charlotte was going to have to play UNC this weekend without their starting QB, who hurt himself during last week's loss to Appy St. According to Charlotte fans on the CUSA board, they really have no legitimate replacement QB who could fill in and get it done.
While I'm not saying this is the real reason Charlotte cancelled this week's game against UNC, I'm sure they were damn happy to cancel when the opportunity arose. ;)
Re: 2020 Season - Covid Edition
This is getting serious now. The MAC is thinking about a comeback. There is a place for them at the bottom of the conference pecking order. I was having at hard time imagining a football season with Bowling Green versus Akron.

Baylor and Houston are cancelled. Poor Baylor may not get to play much this season at this rate.

Baylor now opens on September 26th with Kansas coming to Waco.
This will be fourth season opening game.
First was Ole Miss. (SEC playing conference only - Cancel).
Then us.
Third Houston (Baylor cancelled, Covid).
Baylor fans have to be going nuts!

I think this was Houston's 4th try, too.

You are correct.
Rice
Washington State
Memphis
Baylor
Heck of a season.
Re: 2020 Season - Covid Edition
Source: Memphis won't be playing UTSA on Friday as its struggles with COVID-19 continue. UTSA will instead host Middle Tennessee in San Antonio.
Memphis will host SFA 11/21
