Yeah, I saw those video clips and I actually felt sorry for Joe as well.

Maybe it will happen after all the data is posted by the computer shop owner. Can't wait for the Biden crime family to be completely exposed (like we don't have enough already!).
Now these are REAL crimes against the US, not the made up crap that has a lot of Jan 6th protesters sitting in jail right now.
Dude you have fallen for so many lies from the MSM over the last 5 years we can't even keep up.. You STILL believe there was Russian collusion with Trump..
It was a 15-20 second clip that showed Biden wondering around aimlessly and NO ONE was talking to him. The democrats are ready to give him the boot.. You should be talking to the democrats with your spin..
Hard to take anything Biden does out of context. His aimless wondering seems to be the context of everything he does. Lost in the azaleas behind the WH. Lost in an Internet cafe. Lost at the podium even when he has the words printed for him. Talking about jobs he never had in places he has never been or simply made up in his mind. Unreal that anyone still thinks he is capable of picking his own socks, much less anything else.
[QUOTE=Guisslapp;1830323]Lol, you two got fooled by FoxNews again. Those clips were edited to trick you. And you guys fell for it again![/QUOTE
Everything that doesn't agree with your narrative is disinformation, right?
My apologies, I misspelled wandering. Point still stands. Biden would get lost in the refrigerator

More proof that democrats are evil and are trying to destroy this country.. Another example of their hypocrisy with regards to veterans.. This is outrageous..
President Biden is entertaining the idea of pulling medical staff out of VA hospitals and sending it to the border to treat illegal immigrants with the expected surge when Title 42 is lifted. I hope some judge steps in and prevents this from happening. If everything is fine as to end Title 42, then why is Fauchi screaming masks again, and they extended the mask mandate on all commercial flights for 3 more weeks?

Someone help me out here. Biden keeps saying a move to green energy, including electric cars, is the pathway to energy independence.
Given that China, Russia, Ukraine and a very few other nations provide the minerals needed to make batteries for these things, just exactly how will that lead to American independence? Seems like a pathway to dependence to me, not to mention the loss of millions of high-paying E&P jobs here at home.
I'm not even going to mention the environmental destruction associated with the way these minerals are being mined, nor will I mention that China will be unlikely to supply these minerals when they are in high demand and will instead produce batteries in slave labor camps using power produced by coal fired plants and thereby continue to destroy America's middle class (and make us weaker militarily).
Idiots still hating bad orange man because he proved the majority of Americans aren’t buying the BS.
I didn't even mention the obvious: Batteries and the manufacture of batteries are actually energy consumers, so the energy has to come from somewhere else. Add to that the fact that batteries self discharge whether they are being used or not, and it seems like even more energy will be needed for them to replace ICE vehicles.
Besides the smugness of the owners feeling they are saving the planet, I just don't see the upside.
Maybe we should put nuke reactors in electric vehicles. Once the new agreement is reached, we can probably buy the uranium from Iran (what they don't need for bombs).
We need someone like Donald Trump, if not Trump himself, to be POTUS for life! Yes! like the Supreme Court, a lifetime gig. Give him the line-item veto to clean up spending budgets presented by Congress, even a non-RINO GOP Congress. We are in a mess! (rant over...)
Mortgage rates hit 5%, the highest since 2011. Who was president in 2011? Oh yeah! obummer!
Electric vehicles generate less than half the carbon emissions cradle to grave. It also takes energy to mine and cast iron and Aluminum for ICEs.
For one thing, electric power generation and electric engines are more efficient than ICEs. Natural gas is also less carbon intensive than gasoline or diesel. You can also power an electric entirely from renewables or nuclear - not an option for ICEs.
Speaking of carbon emissions...
Ethanol is much less fuel efficient than gasoline. Yet, the dimwit's solution for the oil shortage HE created is to add more ethanol to gasoline. That will reduce the MPG for cars on the road and increase carbon emissions quite a bit.
Personally, I don't give a crap about carbon emissions, because it's all BS. But for the folks that are hyperventilating about carbon, this should cause quite an uproar.
Which electric car are you driving?
Saw a Rivian at HEB the other day. It looked better than I expected.
I don't care about carbon emissions. But, if they make an electric car that costs the same as an ICE car that has a 500 mile range and the battery doesn't degrade after a few years (leaving me with a 250 - 300 mile range), I'm in.
Naturally I'll keep an ICE generator on hand so I can charge the thing and have the freedom to travel during brown outs and black outs when our grid shuts down from storms or being hacked by evil leftists or the Chinese (same thing, really).
Wonder how all the green energy people expect us to get goods across the country if trains can no longer operate? How are people going to travel across the country or the globe for business or leisure if boats and planes can’t operate? The technology is decades away from being cost efficient and dependable enough to replace fossil fuels. R&D is good, but we shouldn’t start switching until we know that an EV truck can make it the same 460 miles with a load in any weather as my truck does and cost the same amount.
Oh, I forgot to include that we could completely cut our emissions to zero and it won’t make a difference at all. As long as China and India don’t care. The rest the worlds efforts don’t matter at all.
Biden did advocate it.
And Trump did win.
Had you said fringe stuff like believing Trump colluded with the Russians or Trump was not spied upon or cloth masks stop the spread of COVID or that Biden is actually a functioning human being or that our border is secure, that might have made more sense. If you study on it and get out of your echo chamber you might find the truth one day.
I support using so-called "green" energy where it is practical and economically feasible. I support ANY form of energy production driven by the private sector and is not some stupid guvmint program/mandate. There is an inescapable INCONVENIENT TRUTH and that is all forms of energy come with both pros and cons, it's a see-saw, one side goes up (pros) and the other side goes down (cons). "Green" energy is always presented in the "there are only pros" light. Most of us, whose heads are not buried in the libtard propaganda sand, know this. Too many of the general public don't and only "know" what the libtards want them to know.
But, yeah, use solar, hydroelectric, geothermal, WAVE, wind anywhere it makes economical sense.
Looks like China is responsible for over 29% of the worlds total carbon emissions. US is responsible for just over 14%. India is third at 7%. My mistake in assuming they were BOTH worse than US. However. The more we move to clean burning natural gas. We will be closer to third place.

France is a developed, industrial country yet they don't appear in that top 13. That's because they rely a lot on nuke energy. Germany does too, which is why they are at 2.17% even while being the biggest industrial power in Europe.
Here ya go...
Build more nuclear power plants to supply major cities and industrial hubs, can generate power to also recharge EVs and EV public transportation. And! use more natural gas, it's the cleanest of the fossil fuels. There will always be a need for oil...not just for gasoline but for many other petroleum-based products...but we can minimize its use (and coal) in both factories and in ICEs.
BUT! the libtards will go bonkers over the building of more nuke power plants, so scratch that idea...:icon_roll:
d80, don’t tell them how paper straws are made.
Golden Eagles too! Just read the Golden Eagle may be placed back on the endangered-species list precisely because of the number of deaths caused by the wind turbines. Read where the number killed in 2021 was 550.
And, not only are the wind turbines unsightly, they also grind out noise 24/7 that drives some folks batty. Like fingernails on a chalkboard.
All part of that "see-saw" effect the libtards don't want to talk about.
Like defunding the police and allowing violent criminals back onto the streets under the concept of "bail reform", because law enforcement is racist! Like calling a man a woman and a woman a man. Like shutting down federal leases for O&G exploration and pipeline construction. Like refusing to police the border and just doing a catch and release program instead (if they can catch them).
This is what happens when you follow narrative instead of facts.
Goosey is an apologist for China and anti America. He will tell you that China is more populated and he was speaking about the amount of CO2 emitted since the inception of the ICE.
He will give China a pass (just like the dems and McConnell types) while enforcing bad policy on American businesses and consumers which make us less competitive and more reliant on foreign hostile powers.
He is clueless, but he will call you "fringe" for supporting what is best for America.

Your information is incomplete. That is just for 2016. I am talking about total over time.
We emitted a whole bunch to lift our per capita GDP to its current level from the level that China and India currently are at. When we were at their wealth level we were so much worse!
Can you link your source? Everything I've seen shows China being the biggest creator of Co2 emissions. Yes the US is ranked, but not number 1. US environmental activists complain about the U.S. yet other countries who are also bad, or worse, they don't say anything about them. The US has zero leverage on getting them to reduce Co2 emissions. India basically said that it is not in their best economic interests to lower emissions, yet the U.S. and others give billions of dollars to India. Same is true with China..
Here is a source.
https://www.carbonbrief.org/analysis...climate-change
There is also a well established relationship between energy usage and per capita GDP. They go up together. In other words, it takes a substantial amount of energy to lift a country’s GDP. Which we have already done and it is why we are by far the largest historical emitter. On a per capita basis, which is what really matters, our performance is much worse relative to China and India than the historical total emissions would even lead you to believe. When we were at their level of economic development, we were much dirtier. Which also allowed us to get to the position we now enjoy.
And your logic behind the leverage is the WHOLE point as to why the Paris Climate Accords were structured the way they were with China and India bearing less of the brunt on the front end. To tell China/India that they have to put off achieving economic development on parity with the rest of the world because we already cheated to get ahead was never going to work as a bargaining position. ANY international agreement was going to have to address that fundamental disparity.
What a crock, but very globalist of you. You Godless idiots have it all figured out.
The illegitimate Biden admin has probably created more global chaos in his first year than any dictator ever. Wholeness and weakness has created a power vacuum in the West
Unexpected? Not so much.
GDP Goes Negative: Economy Shrinks -1.4% as 2022 Begins (breitbart.com)
US left $7 billion worth of military equipment behind due to its "botched" withdrawal from Afghanistan, CNN reports, citing a Pentagon report. Yes sir! good ole Sleepy Joe.
I knew one of our resident know-nothings would jump on the headline number without looking at the components.
Two of the three factors driving the number down you would normally be an advocate for. The third factor is better than the alternative.
Two big “drags” on the headline come from reduced government spending and net exports (the ships at the port are now being unloaded). The third is reduction in inventories, and increasing inventories are what cause job-losing recessions.
Well then! according to Goosey let's hope the GDP continues to tank. If a 1.4% decrease is good, a 14% decrease has to be 10X better!
The numbers were good enough. Consumer spending, the bedrock of US economy was up 2.7%, inflation adjusted. So what if the government spending is down and those imports aren’t sitting in the harbor any longer. Those are positives, too, right?
The "expected" GDP number from the "experts" was no lower than in the +1% to +2% range. Those "experts" were looking at all of the same factors that the left wingnuts are making excuses about now.
It wasn't just a miss, it was a HUGE miss.
Once they saw the breakdown components, they said it was just “noise” and the like. And the market rallied today, so it wasn’t like it was taken as bad news. The surprise was the amount of imports that were bought. The data shows that business and consumers are still strong.
Under Trump our economy was a net-exporter, not just in energy, but overall. Being a net-importer is not good for the economy. Not to mention Biden is importing millions of more mouths to feed, drugs, and crime.
Now, we should see some increased economic activity, especially in the tourist/travel/entertainment industries which is a boost to local economies (hotels, restaurants, etc...). But, even in a tourist state like Louisiana, that industry doesn't pay the bills. Natural resources...for Louisiana, forest products, seafood, and the biggie O&G... plus heavy industry is where an economy makes hay. Elsewhere in the US, other natural resources, like gold, silver, copper, lithium, etc... Tech and the service industries are what drive the bus. The US needs to bring back manufacturing across all sectors. It's good that Intel is building two new plants, Ohio and Arizona, as a "for instance." Of course, any sector critical to national defense needs to be located here, in the geographical US.
Also, agriculture needs to be BIG in the US. We used to be the world's breadbasket; I don't think it is critical for the US to be the absolute #1 producer in any one ag sector, but we should always be big enough to feed ourselves and our closest allies and be a player in the world's food supply.
Labor supply is an issue. There's an old saying, "there are those willing to work, and those willing to let them." Biden et al won't fix the problem, they are too stupid in the first place, and don't want to anyway.
The US economy should be (always be!) #1 in the world. There is no reason, no excuse, for it not to be.
To correct the record, the US did run a trade deficit under Trump, but from 2016 until the China Virus crash in March, 2020, it was better than the regression line the whole time. In other words, our trade status was better than the mean going back to 1950. Under obummer we were mostly worse than the mean and now under Sleepy Joe we have crashed to an all-time worse... - $89.3 billion. During his 4 years Trump ran an average of about $40 billion annually. The US has averaged about a $47 billion annual trade deficit over the past 70+ years. So, Trump did a little better.
Mostly, this points to the need for the US to get back into manufacturing/exporting, at least to approach closer to a $0 trade imbalance.
Well that totally depends on how you do your regression, but it looks worse than average for the period beginning in 1950.
https://www.macrotrends.net/countrie...alance-deficit
The market rallied because investors figured the Federal Reserve would have to temper their interest rate hikes because the economy was getting weak. I am not even going to entertain that you didn't know that.
And the day after you saw such gains, you saw losses eclipse that gain. What spin will you apply to that, since you have now become Trumpian and based your political opinion of the economy on the stock market?
Talk about Baghdad Bob!
Just when you think the Biden et al bunch couldn't drop any lower...they do. This new hire, so-called Minister of Truth, Nina Jankowicz, is a piece of shit, commie bitch, evil/rotten to the core...a video has surfaced of her singing (what's up with all the stupid songs?) "Who do I have to f--k to become rich and powerful?" I suppose that list includes George Soros and Joe Biden...or maybe Hunter pinched hit for Sleepy Joe.
The GDP numbers were no cause for concern. Consumer spending and business investment were up.
The market turned after hours on Thursday when Apple, and more significantly, Amazon reported. The Amazon report was particularly bad, and the very crowded megacap tech “safety” trade started to unwind, which we saw follow through, predictably, on Friday.
We are heading back to the 40 ema. The generals are usually the last to be shot in downturns, this one caused by the Fed’s tightening.
Comsumer confidence for April was down slightly from March. Not much confidence in business either, 21% said business conditions are "good," 22% say they are "bad." The remaining 57% asked, what is business? :rolleyes4: When asked about the next 6 months, the numbers are even worse, with a scant 18.1% saying conditions will improve. And only 17.4% think the job market will improve in the next 6 months. 22% think it will get worse, the rest say, "about the same."
But we all know Sleepy Joe is doing a jam-up, great job, baby!
